Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3 years of experience in clinical hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to develop, maintain and collaborate with clinicians.

• Understands clinical workflow and has the skill set to integrate technology into clinical practice.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills required.
• Must serve as a model of credibility, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to providers and nurses to ensure EMR integration into clinical workflow.
• Train clinicians to efficiently use the Cerner EMR and provide real-time, on-site support.
• Assist in EMR implementation, support, and optimization of clinical systems.
