Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in health care field or equivalent.
• Two years clinical or clinical IT experience in health care.
• One year EMR experience.
• Experience creating and implementing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supports the optimization of various clinical systems.
• Contributes to design, testing, and implementation of clinical applications.
• Develops/documents current and future workflows.
• Participates in after-hour call rotations.
• Troubleshoots, solves, and documents incidents using the hospital ticketing system.
• Provides support for basic or low complexity incidents, requests, and projects.
• Creates and/or helps provide training content for users.
• Communicates cross-functionally with other departments and documents findings.
