Responsibilities

• Documents current and future workflows and maintains training materials.
• Participates in after-hours call rotations and incident resolution.
• Troubleshoots issues using the hospital ticketing system and documents outcomes.
• Produces accurate, detailed work and supports basic or low complexity projects.
• Interacts with customers, builds rapport, and communicates findings cross-functionally.
