Job summary

The role collaborates with clinicians and IT staff to enhance workflow, data integrity, and patient safety while supporting incident, change, and problem management per ITIL practices.

The candidate will work with end users, participate in projects, and support upgrades, ensuring continuity of care and system reliability in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical/technical experience required.
• Epic certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CHRISTUS Health colleagues to drive strategic goals for the informatics department.
• Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain clinical applications and processes.
• Provide end-user support for upgrades and new releases to ensure workflow efficiency.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience in lieu of degree
