Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to coordinate clinical workflows and support APCs and facility staff. You will enhance communication among patients, providers, and care teams, and contribute to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple clinical tasks, including telehealth, documentation, and scheduling across facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; professional certs preferred.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT preferred.
• Travel to assigned facilities is required; reliable transportation is needed.
• Strong customer service, verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Able to navigate a dynamic clinical environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information and schedules.
• Support clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart prep.
• Coordinate and update patient schedules including admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Serve as liaison among clinicians, staff, patients and families to support communication.
• Assist with triage needs and document as directed by clinicians.
• Organize clinical documentation and host telehealth visits as needed.
