• Minimum two years of customer service or related experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receive and answer patient questions, comments or complaints.
• Obtain patient demographic, insurance and guarantor information for quick registration.
• Schedule patients' appointments and enter data into LLUMC electronic systems.
• Use knowledge of PACS or OncoChart to match images to LLU patients.
• Answer non-medical questions or transfer to appropriate medical staff.
• Perform other duties as needed.
