Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Obtain or verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures and complete documentation.
• Collect co-pays and fees; answer/transfer calls; schedule and confirm appointments.
• Provide directions and safety protocols to patients; coordinate with back-office staff.
