Job summary

S:US is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Brooklyn, NY to lead and support Case Managers addressing HIV/AIDS, mental health, and substance use concerns. The role includes crisis intervention and program oversight at the St. John’s Place shelter.

The supervisor will develop on-site services, coordinate peer support, housing readiness, and health education groups, while ensuring quality care and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• MSW degree required.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Clinical experience with HIV/AIDS, substance use disorders, mental illness, homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical supervision to Case Managers addressing mental health and substance use issues.
• Develop and maintain on-site supportive services, including peer support and relapse prevention groups.
• Liaise with HASA-EPU on admissions and room closures.
