Job summary

Comunilife is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for its Bronx Residential Program, El Borinquen, responsible for ensuring clinical services meet professional standards and regulatory requirements. The supervisor acts as the Manager in the absence of the Program Director and supports case management, programming, and reporting.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work and four years of supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of health/housing services for HIV/AIDS populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work.
• Four years’ supervisory experience overseeing a case management team.
• Experience with HIV/AIDS, mental health, homelessness populations.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Active NY LMSW licensure preferred; CASAC-T or CASAC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign cases to case managers and schedule work by priority.
• Maintain records and supervision notes; prepare reports.
• Oversee QA of case management to meet regulations.
• Audit client charts for service planning and progress.
• Coordinate and supervise HASA client placements within timelines.
• Provide training to new and current case managers.
• Coordinate with APD and report on staff performance and trends.
• Develop group programming under supervision and contract requirements.
• Maintain 95% monthly occupancy and collaborate with staff.
