Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join the unit‑based leadership team. The role focuses on supervising nursing operations and stepping in for 24‑hour nursing responsibility when the Manager or Director is unavailable.

The position requires an accredited nursing school graduate, an RN license in Georgia, and BLS certification, with a minimum of 3 years in clinical care and at least 1 year in a specialty area. 7P‑7A shifts and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
