Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the nursing operations of a unit on the 7pm-730am shift, ensuring safe, patient-centered care and adherence to policies. The supervisor may assume 24‑hour nursing responsibilities in the absence of the Manager or Director, and works with a unit-specific patient population.

• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
