Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead nursing operations on a unit, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care during the 7pm–7:30am shift.

The role requires a nursing degree, current Georgia RN license (NLC/eNLC or Multistate), BLS certification, and 3 years of clinical experience with 1 year in a specialty. BSN with 2 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with minimum one (1) year in area of specialty OR
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with minimum one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Color vision as required by unit role.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

PREFERRED:

• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
