Job summary

Northside Hospital seeks a Clinical Supervisor to join the unit-based leadership team in Atlanta and beyond. The role oversees nursing operations on a unit and may assume 24-hour responsibility when leaders are unavailable.

The candidate will work with a unit-specific patient population, ensure care standards, and drive clinical excellence within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing operations of a unit.
• In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility.
• Collaborate with unit leadership and patient care teams to ensure quality care.

REQUIRED:
