Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks an experienced clinical leader to supervise BCBAs and lead the clinical program across the assigned clinic. You will oversee clinicians, review treatment plans, and ensure high-quality, compliant care with a collaborative culture.

The role requires an active BCBA, a master’s degree in a related field, and 5+ years post-certification experience, including lead supervision of RBTs/BCBAs/LBSs. Salary range is competitive with a Great Place to Work certification.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing with BACB; license where applicable.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years post-certification experience.
• Minimum 2 years Lead BCBA experience supervising RBTs/BCBAs/LBSs/Fellows preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case oversight for clinicians in the clinic.
• Maintain a caseload, develop BIPs, and update treatment plans as needed.
• Review treatment plans to ensure effective therapy on a case-by-case basis.
• Monitor documentation and data collection for clinical effectiveness and timeliness.
• Oversee productivity and performance of BCBAs; review records and progress.
• Collaborate with Office Manager on scheduling and productivity.
• Lead and support BCBAs and Lead BCBAs; foster a collaborative clinical culture.
• Report to Operations Manager with dotted-line to Regional Director of Quality Assurance.
• Review treatment recommendations at admission and reassessments with parents/caregivers.
• Conduct regular treatment integrity checks and clinical observations.
• Align practices with HHF protocols and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and state licensure boards.
• Provide mentorship and competency assessments for Fellows, LBS, and BCBAs.
• Participate in team meetings and lead case reviews.
• Offer guidance and training to families on progress and home programs.
• Respond to family inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate, timely, compliant clinical records and reports.
