Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a BCBA for clinical leadership in our Northeast clinics. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, manage a caseload, and supervise up to 5 RBTs.

You will write treatment plans, monitor progress, collaborate with clinical directors, and ensure BACB-compliant documentation. A strong, ethical, client-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• State licensure required where applicable
• ABA experience preferred; RBT background helpful for new BCBAs
• Strong communication skills in a clinic-based setting
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered practice in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism
• Manage caseload of up to 10 clients and document progress
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Develop, write, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality
• Maintain compliant, BACB-aligned documentation and records
