Helping Hands Family seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to provide Clinical oversight across the clinic, supervise BCBAs and Fellows, and collaborate with the Office Manager on scheduling and performance metrics.

The role entails maintaining a caseload, developing and updating BIPs, ensuring high-quality therapy, and mentoring staff while adhering to BACB standards. The position offers a hybrid schedule, a strong salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing with the BACB and active state license where applicable.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience.
• Minimum 2 years Lead BCBA experience supervising RBTs, BCBAs, LBSs, or Fellows.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical oversight and case guidance for all clinicians within the assigned clinic.
• Maintain caseloads, conduct assessments, develop BIPs, and update treatment plans based on progress.
• Review treatment plans to ensure effective therapy on a case-by-case basis.
• Monitor documentation and data collection for clinical effectiveness and timeliness.
• Oversee productivity and performance of all BCBAs; review records and progress, and advise on case management.
