Helping Hands Family is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a key clinical leader in the clinic, providing oversight for clinicians and guiding clinical operations. You will manage case supervision, supervise BCBAs, and ensure high-quality treatment planning and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA in good standing with BACB and an active state license where applicable.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience.
• Minimum 2 years lead BCBA experience supervising RBTs, BCBAs, LBSs or Fellows.
• Strong clinical decision-making, leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and mentorship capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical oversight and case guidance for all clinicians within the assigned clinic.
• Maintain a caseload of clients, developing BIPs and updating treatment plans based on client progress.
• Review all client treatment plans to ensure effective therapy on a case by case basis.
• Monitor clinical documentation and data collection across teams for effectiveness, timeliness, and consistency.
• Oversee the productivity and performance of all BCBAs within the clinic; review records and progress and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Office Manager on scheduling and productivity.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to BCBAs and Lead BCBAs to foster a collaborative clinical culture.
• Report to Operations Manager with dotted-line clinical reporting to Regional Director of Quality Assurance / Senior Clinic Director.
• Review all treatment recommendations at admission and reassessments; lead discussions with parents/caregivers.
