Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical operations, supervise BCBAs, and ensure high-quality ABA services within the clinic.

The role includes oversight of treatment plans, staff mentorship, and collaboration with leadership to maintain ethical standards and regulatory compliance. Salary ranges reflect PA market norms and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing with the BACB and an active state license where applicable.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience.
• Minimum 2 years Lead BCBA experience supervising RBTs, BCBAs, LBSs, or Fellows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case oversight for all clinicians in the assigned clinic.
• Maintain a caseload, conduct assessments, develop BIPs, and update treatment plans.
• Review treatment plans to ensure effective therapy on a case-by-case basis.
• Monitor documentation and data collection for clinical effectiveness and timeliness.
• Oversee productivity and performance of all BCBAs in the clinic and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Office Manager on scheduling and productivity.
• Mentor Fellows, LBS, and BCBAs to support growth and clinical development.
• Lead discussions with parents/caregivers at admissions and re-assessments.
