Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks a Lead BCBA to provide advanced clinical leadership and mentor RBTs and fellow BCBAs. The role emphasizes mentorship, program development, and involvement in quality improvement initiatives within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• 3 years of experience in ABA, 2 years with BCBA license.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communications skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans; monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases.
