Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA supervisor to lead and mentor a team of Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors in delivering high-quality ABA services to children, teens, and adults. You will develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide parent training while maintaining hands-on involvement with client care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and strong mentoring skills.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians focused on growth and development.
• Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
• Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
