Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the practicing state (e.g., Illinois).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and conducts speech and language evaluations.
• Develops and implements written plans of care and monitors outcomes.
• Plans discharge with home programs and family education; coordinates referrals.
• Completes documentation, billing, scheduling, and adherence to policies.
• Maintains safety, infection control, and equipment protocols; collaborates with team.
