ReCor Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to engage with doctors, nurses, and staff to educate on our Paradise uRDN System, support procedures, and identify opportunities that drive business growth. The role requires clinical experience in cardiovascular procedures and travel up to 50%.

You will represent the company in case discussions, provide technical troubleshooting, and educate hospital personnel through trainings and seminars to ensure successful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular procedures or 2+ years of clinical case support.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight)

Responsibilities

• Represent ReCor Medical during cases to ensure customer and patient success with products and demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting techniques.
• Fulfill duties of a Cardiology Sales Executive in vacant territories and support procedures as directed by the Commercial Team.
• Assist the CSE when opening new accounts.
• Assist in product demonstration and troubleshooting at medical education events.
• Provide technical support for new product launches, including collection of data and support clinical sites.
• Gather and share clinical feedback from the field to aid product development and design review.
• Collaborate with the Quality department to track device‑related clinical feedback and complaints.

Job Summary

With our Paradise™ uRDN System, we provide a non‑drug, minimally invasive option to lower blood pressure for millions of people worldwide. We look for a Clinical Specialist to engage with doctors, nurses, and staff to educate on our products, support procedures, and identify opportunities that drive business growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

Technical Support:

• Represent ReCor Medical during cases to ensure customer and patient success with products and demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting techniques.
• Fulfill duties of a Cardiology Sales Executive in vacant territories and support procedures as directed by the Commercial Team.
• Assist the CSE when opening new accounts.
• Assist in product demonstration and troubleshooting at medical education events.
• Provide technical support for new product launches, including collection of data and support clinical sites.
• Gather and share clinical feedback from the field to aid product development and design review.
• Collaborate with the Quality department to track device‑related clinical feedback and complaints.

Educational Support:

• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to our products through one‑on‑one training, in‑service programs, seminars, and symposiums.
• Collect and study information about new and existing products and monitor competitor sales, prices, and products.
• Provide clinical expertise/guidance to internal colleagues.

Sales Support:

• Serve as an effective ReCor Medical representative to physicians and staff regarding products.
• Meet existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and requirements.
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account.
• Respond to customer needs and report complaints regarding products and service by developing and/or working with other personnel.
• Build rapport with all account stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, technologists, and administrators.

Requirements

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular procedures or at least 2 years of clinical case support.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Open to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel 1‑2+ nights a week.
• Ability to work 7:30am‑5pm, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong administrative skills to ensure all necessary paperwork associated with cases, follow‑up, and data collection is correct.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand technical information and teach it to others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and oral.

Salary Range

$110,000 – $125,000 (Annual Base Salary)

Pre‑Employment Requirement

Employment for all field‑based roles is contingent upon successfully completing a pre‑employment background check and drug screen to ensure patient safety and compliance.

Radiation Safety Requirement

Field‑based roles that involve work in environments with radiation sources will issue a personal dosimetry badge. Employees must wear the badge in accordance with company policy and applicable regulatory standards.
