Job summary

Recor Medical is seeking a Therapy Development Manager to lead therapy and market development programs for uRDN therapy addressing hypertension. The role focuses on improving patient access, patient pathways, and developing reference sites in the field of renal denervation via ultrasound.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in sales with 2+ years in clinical or healthcare/pharma, and existing relationships within PCP, Cardiology, or Nephrology networks in the assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a clinical or healthcare/pharmaceutical environment.
• Existing relationships within the geography: PCP, Cardiology, Nephrology, or other hypertension management offices, or direct knowledge of physicians and clinicians in the therapy market.

Responsibilities

• Determine where our therapies can assist in providing an adjunctive hypertension management solution.
• Identify key referral networks for renal denervation therapy across multiple provider types.
• Develop and enhance relationships through therapy awareness activities, routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, procedural observation, trade show participation, and problem resolution.
• Educate physicians and allied health professionals on the merits and proper incorporation of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
• Work closely with Territory Management and Clinical Site Management to evaluate patient care pathway conditions.
• Identify shared priorities and leverage knowledge and tactics within the full account to develop a strategic territory business plan that drives product demand by meeting the needs of key partners and ultimately their patients.
• Analyze existing referral trends to gain insights into the local healthcare network, drive pull-through, and lead virtual and/or live engagements with customers.

Position Summary

At Recor Medical, we are pioneering Ultrasound Renal Denervation (uRDN) therapy to treat hypertension, the leading cardiovascular risk factor in the world. With our Paradise uRDN System, we’re on a mission to provide the millions of people who suffer from hypertension with a non-drug and minimally invasive option to lower their blood pressure. The Therapy Development Manager will lead the implementation of therapy and market development programs to improve patient access, patient pathways, and the development of reference sites in the field of renal denervation per ultrasound.

Salary

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 (Annual Base Salary). Base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
