The Senior Clinical Programmer at ReCor Medical requires complete knowledge and full understanding of clinical programming principles and practices for medical device clinical trials. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining clinical data management systems that support regulatory submissions and ensure data integrity throughout clinical trials. Works independently to solve diverse problems related to clinical data processing, applying sophisticated analytical techniques to identify and resolve complex issues. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams while providing technical guidance on clinical data processing methodologies.
Salary range: $145,604- $156,347 (Annual Base Salary). The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This program is designed to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and to maintain radiation exposure at levels that are As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA). Additional guidance and protective equipment, as necessary, will be provided as part of onboarding and ongoing safety training.
