Job Summary

The Clinical Specialist will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager within a defined geographic area to engage with existing and potential clients, such as physicians and hospital physician groups. The role involves identifying clinical needs, discussing how company products can meet patient and client needs, and providing case coverage to support sales goals and revenue growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and case coverage, ensuring positive clinical outcomes.
• Educate customers on the clinical usage and benefits of company products.
• Engage in technical discussions about industry developments and link clinical data to messaging.
• Meet with clients to assess their clinical needs and propose solutions using company products.
• Transfer relevant account information to the Territory Manager regularly.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a clinical orientation to influence various healthcare professionals.

Education and Experience

• BA/BS or equivalent experience; medical training (RN, cath lab technician, etc.) preferred.
• At least 5+ years of related experience, preferably in the medical industry.
• Experience with interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery products is highly preferred.
