Job Details

Summary: The Clinical Specialist will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Account Manager within a defined geographic area to engage with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals). The goal is to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, and to demonstrate how our products can support their objectives and patient needs. By providing case coverage, the Clinical Specialist will contribute to achieving sales targets, company objectives, and revenue growth. Must reside in the Miami Territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure effective case coverage and positive clinical outcomes.
  2. Serve as the primary clinical support resource, providing coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products.
  3. Educate customers on the benefits and proper clinical use of company products.
  4. Keep customers informed about the latest developments in products, therapies, and technology through active engagement in procedural and technical discussions.
  5. Link clinical data to key messaging effectively.
  6. Meet with existing and potential customers to understand their clinical needs and provide innovative, feasible solutions using our products.
  7. Transfer account knowledge and other relevant information to the local Account Manager weekly.
  8. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong clinical focus, with the ability to influence various clinician, nurse, and lab technician personalities.
Education and Experience:
  1. BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred; medical training (RN, cath lab technician, etc.) is advantageous.
  2. At least 5+ years of directly related experience; experience in the medical industry is preferred.
  3. Strong clinical orientation, with experience in interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery products being highly desirable.

Pay Transparency: The offered base salary will depend on factors such as location, education, skills, and experience. Incentives may include sales commissions for sales roles and discretionary annual bonuses for others. Employees may participate in long-term incentive plans, with eligibility and amounts varying by role.

The salary range for this role is: $66,060.29 - $109,051.90 annually.
