Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Clinical Specialist to partner with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager in Hawaii to identify clinical needs of physicians, hospital teams, and labs, and demonstrate how company products meet patient and client goals.

The role emphasizes case coverage, clinical education, and collaboration to achieve sales objectives while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of directly related experience in the medical industry.
Strong clinical orientation; experience with interventional cardiology or cardiac surgery products preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with the Territory Manager to ensure case coverage and positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Provides clinical support for product utilization, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
Educates customers on clinical merits and proper usage of company products.
Keeps customers informed on product, therapy, and technology developments through active discussions.
Links clinical data to messaging to support sales objectives.
Identifies clinical needs and offers feasible solutions using company products.
Transfers account knowledge to the Territory Manager weekly.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clinicians, nurses, and lab staff.
