Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Clinical Specialist to partner with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager within a defined geographic area to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how Haemonetics products support patient care. You will help meet sales goals by providing case coverage and clinical expertise.

You will educate customers on product usage, stay current on therapy and technology developments, and work with clinicians, nurses, and lab staff to deliver feasible solutions using

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of directly related experience in the medical industry favored.
• Strong clinical orientation; experience in interventional cardiology or cardiac surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Territory Manager to provide case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
• Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for company products.
• Educates the customer on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
• Informs the customer on the latest product, therapy and technology developments in the industry by engaging in procedural and technical discussion.
• Demonstrates the ability to link clinical data to key messaging.
• Meets with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs and provide feasible solutions using company products.
• Transfers account knowledge to the Territory Manager on a weekly basis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence clinicians, nurses, and lab staff.
