Job summary

Sonova USA Inc. seeks a Clinical Specialist for Western Canada. This field-based role builds partnerships with cochlear implant clinics and hearing professionals, delivering clinical expertise and tailored solutions to improve patient outcomes.

You will develop territory plans, analyze markets, and drive growth across Western Canada while adapting to a changing healthcare landscape. Travel is ~50% or more.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's or Doctor of Audiology and be registered as an Audiologist.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or consultative sales is an asset.
• Willingness to travel regularly and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with cochlear implant teams and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to grow Western Canada business.
• Manage territory performance including forecasts and business reviews.
• Enhance clinic efficiency through demonstrations, training, and remote care resources.
• Provide consultative support during recipient fittings and device programming.
