Job summary

Sonova Group is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Western Canada to build trusted partnerships with cochlear implant clinics and healthcare professionals, delivering clinical expertise and tailored solutions to improve patient outcomes. You will develop strategic territory plans and grow the Advanced Bionics business across Western Canada.

Travel is approximately 50% or more. The role includes product demonstrations, training, and consultative support during recipient fittings to optimize

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctor of Audiology degree required.
Registered Audiologist in good standing with provincial authority.
Experience in medical devices or consultative sales is an asset.
Willingness to travel regularly within Western Canada.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with cochlear implant teams and patients.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet objectives.
Manage territory performance with planning, forecasting and reviews.
Strengthen clinical competency through presentations, demos, and training.
Provide consultative support during recipient fittings and testing.
