Job summary

Sonova USA Inc. in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist to perform hearing tests, discuss treatment options, fit and service hearing devices, and engage with the community to generate referrals. This role focuses on patient-centered care within a collaborative Audiology team.

Qualifications

• Hearing Aid Dispensing License in WA.
• Doctorate in Audiology preferred.
• 3rd and 4th year Audiology externs encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient hearing test assessments and analyze results.
• Discuss pricing and value of hearing health care with patients.
• Provide hearing aid fittings, repairs, checks and cleanings.
• Engage in community outreach to generate referrals.
• Educate patients on using new technology to meet goals.
• Ensure smooth office operations with clinic staff support.
