Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Orlando is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to own frontline clinical activities for the Front Line Care portfolio, including customer support, troubleshooting, trial and implementation support, and clinical solutions execution.

You'll partner with health systems to improve outcomes on key metrics like CAUTI, CLABSI and fall prevention, while building trusted relationships with CNOs, ICU leaders, infection prevention, and other clinical stakeholders across assigned

Qualifications

At least one of RN/CCRN/APRN or equivalent licensure.
Other listed certifications: VA-BC, CRNI, CWOCN, CWCN, WCC, CNOR, CIC.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical SME on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
Build account-level relationships with clinical stakeholders (CNO, ACNO, ICU, Infection Prevention, etc.).
Support retention activities, trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to assess, implement and maintain clinical solutions.
Lead or attend local events and ensure regular touchpoints with priority accounts.
Coordinate expectations, internal resources, clinical evaluations, implementation needs, and follow-up actions.
Participate in Front Line Care Clinical business reviews.
