Medline is seeking a clinical expert to own clinical support activities for the Front Line Care business, including customer support, clinical troubleshooting, trial and implementation support, and clinical solutions execution in collaboration with OneMedline partners.

The role focuses on partnering with health systems to improve outcomes on Hospital Acquired Conditions, and to build strong account relationships with CNOs, ICU leaders, Infection Prevention, and other clinical stakeholders, while

Competenze

At least 3 years of clinical experience (patient care, education, or medical sales/support).
RN or equivalent licensure with relevant certifications listed above.
Experience collaborating with hospital leadership and clinical teams.

Mansioni

Provide clinical SME on practice related to safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
Build and maintain account-level relationships with CNOs, ICU leaders, Infection Prevention, and other clinicians.
Support retention activities, trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to assess and implement clinical solutions.
Lead or participate in local events and ensure regular touchpoints with priority accounts.
Coordinate evaluations, implementation needs, and follow-up actions with internal teams.
