Job summary

Medline Industries is seeking a clinical professional to own frontline support activities for the Front Line Care business. You will partner with health systems to improve outcomes for hospital-acquired conditions, providing education and clinical solutions execution.

You will collaborate with Acute Care teams, IDN partners, and Front Line Care sales to retain and grow business, lead in-service sessions, and coordinate clinical trials and implementations across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• RN (Registered Nurse) certification required per state regulations.
• CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification required.
• APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) certification required.
• CIC (Certified Infection Control) certification required.
• CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion) certification preferred.
• CWOCN (Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing) certification preferred.
• CWCN (Certified Wound Care Nurse) certification preferred.
• CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical subject matter expertise on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Build and maintain strong account-level relationships with clinical stakeholders (CNO, ACNO, ICU, Infection Prevention, WOCN, Quality/Patient Safety).
• Support retention activities in the assigned geography and participate in trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to pitch, assess, implement and maintain clinical solutions.
• Lead or attend local trade shows and product events as needed.
• Coordinate communications among internal stakeholders and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
