Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of clinical or industry experience in healthcare settings.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and care delivery models.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into actionable discussions.
- Willingness to travel 20–30% for engagements.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary clinical expert during pre-sales, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
- Lead discovery sessions to assess client workflows and needs; present value-driven demonstrations.
- Mentor team members and stay current on industry regulations and best practices.
- Represent the organization at conferences and client meetings.
