PointClickCare, a leading health tech company in the US, seeks a Software Training Specialist to design and deliver high-quality training to customers, leveraging adult learning principles across online and onsite formats.

You will drive knowledge transfer, coach customer super users, and ensure content stays current with product updates and industry standards, while collaborating with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in training and development or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning concepts and training development techniques.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training online and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare training programs including classroom, online, and onsite sessions.
• Enhance training formats, materials, and delivery for scalability and impact.
• Support customer success and solution adoption through train-the-trainer programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and Customer Success to inform content and improvements.
• Participate in ongoing education and certification to maintain current knowledge.
