Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Software Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training for customers across online and onsite settings. The role emphasizes applying adult learning principles and leveraging AI tools to enhance knowledge transfer and user adoption.

You will train new and existing customers, and partner with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure content stays current with product updates.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education, preferably in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare training programs: classroom training at company sites, conferences, or customer locations.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions with resource management.
• Promote online learning modules to support ongoing user education.
• Determine individual and group training needs.
