PointClickCare is seeking a Software Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training for customers across online and onsite settings. The role emphasizes applying adult learning principles and leveraging AI tools to enhance knowledge transfer and user adoption.
You will train new and existing customers, and partner with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure content stays current with product updates.

If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.
If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.

The Software Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in preparing and delivering high-quality training to both new and existing customers, leveraging adult learning principles and a variety of instructional tools and platforms.
This position is responsible for continuously improving training processes, conducting instructor-led sessions online and onsite, and ensuring content stays current with product updates and industry standards. By facilitating communities of practice, implementing reinforcement strategies, and coaching customer super users, the specialist drives knowledge transfer, user engagement, and long-term solution adoption.
Ongoing professional development through workshops and certification ensures the specialist remains equipped to provide exceptional support and guidance throughout the customer journey.
