Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant, Financial to serve as the principal liaison with customers in Long-Term and Post-Acute Care. You will analyze business processes, configure the system, and advise on best practices to deliver enhanced outcomes.

You will travel up to 30% to on-site customer sites and regional meetings, collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education and strong communication skills preferred.
• Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence and enthusiasm for exploring it.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills.
• Consulting experience in software implementation and workflow analysis.
• Ability to take accountability for a project and deliver on commitments.
• Fast learner with ability to translate concepts to customer value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal liaison with the customer to implement best practices.
• Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approach.
• Translate requirements and configure the system (more complex than entry).
• Maintain strong customer relationships with clear communication and collaboration.
• Act as trusted advisor to customer and develop implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with project managers and training specialists on on-time, high-quality plans.
• Identify risks and communicate timelines and delays to ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead change management plans including user readiness and adoption.
