PointClickCare is seeking a seasoned Sr. Solutions Analyst with SaaS experience to deliver exceptional customer support for cloud-based healthcare solutions. You will prioritize tasks, resolve complex technical queries, and help streamline administrative workflows in long-term care facilities.

You will work with cross-functional teams, use knowledge bases, and mentor others while maintaining calm under pressure and adhering to service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Understand business processes in long-term care/medical facilities.
• Formal RCA experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class user support for cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Understand SaaS software to support patient care workflows in long-term care facilities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues through log analysis and research.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver quality solutions.
• Document problems and resolutions in the help desk system.
