• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision and accountability for MAs, Lab Assistants, and other clinical staff.
• Owns recruitment efforts in partnership with HR for staffing.
• Leads onboarding, coaching, and staff development to build a high-performing team.
• Promotes accountability, equity, and inclusion aligned with VIA values.
• Leads regular team huddles and performance reviews.
• Oversees daily clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow and adherence to care models.
• Drives population health strategies and quality metrics.
