Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Medical assistant certificate from an accredited program required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and accountability for Medical Assistants, Lab Assistants, and other clinical staff.
• Own recruitment efforts in partnership with HR and ensure staffing aligns with patient volume and care team structure.
• Lead workflow optimization and ensure efficient patient flow and adherence to evidence-based care models.
