Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Experience with clinic operations, scheduling, referrals, and integrated care workflows.
• Knowledge of HRSA, Medi-Cal, HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinic activities, including patient flow and staff coverage.
• Supervise front office, back office, referral, outreach, enrollment, and support staff.
• Support onboarding, training, and coaching for assigned staff; escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and leave information; report discrepancies.
• Support integrated care workflows and maintain schedules and patient access standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling information.
• Assist with regulatory readiness, audits, and quality improvement activities.
