Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to partner with the Brand Manager and supervise the store team to meet clinical goals. The role includes acting as Manager on Duty to drive store success and supervise the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities cover training Doctor Technicians, maintaining patient records under HIPAA, and ensuring clinical standards are followed while supporting sales objectives at the on-site Midland location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associates degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to fulfill store goals and support operations and sales.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding patient service.
• Coach and train Doctors and Technicians on clinical standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records with HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure brand standards and basic housekeeping where needed.
• Oversee contact lens orders and weekly lens inventory.
