Job summary

Stanton Optical seeks a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store team in delivering exceptional patient care and achieving clinical goals. You will supervise staff, act as Manager on Duty, and collaborate with the Clinical Operations Department to maintain high standards.

Greet patients, drive sales, ensure accurate HIPAA-compliant records, and train Doctor Technicians in pre-testing and digital refraction. Optical experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or higher or enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Google Docs, and basic office tools.
• Optical/clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales goals.
• Greet patients and identify needs to deliver memorable experiences.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant patient records and confidentiality.
• Train Doctor Technicians in pre-testing and digital refraction.
• Maintain training guidelines and clinical standards per Physicians Eyecare Group.
• Oversee diagnostic lens inventory and orders; ensure proper protocols.
• Maintain store brand standards and basic housekeeping.
