Job summary

Stanton Optical is hiring a Clinical Services Manager in Texas to supervise the store team, ensuring quality care and adherence to clinical standards under the Clinical Operations Department. You will also serve as Manager on Duty to meet store goals.

You will train Doctor Technicians, ensure HIPAA-compliant records, drive sales while delivering exceptional patient experiences, and mentor staff in diagnostic pre-testing, digital refraction, and contact lens care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and mentoring others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Knowledge of MS Word and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to provide an easy and memorable experience.
• Drive sales to meet store revenue goals while delivering outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues through proper troubleshooting and training of the team.
• Supervise Doctor Technicians on diagnostic testing, local mode and digital refraction, contact lens care, and PEG standards.
• Ensure training guidelines, procedures, protocols, and HIPAA-compliant standards are executed at the highest level.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and store brand standards.
