Job summary

Stanton Optical in Texas seeks a Clinical Services Manager to lead store teams in delivering quality patient care and clinical services while guiding operations.

You will supervise Doctor Technicians, coach staff on diagnostic testing, refraction, and contact lens care, ensure HIPAA compliance, and help meet daily sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure an easy, memorable visit.
• Drive sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals with excellent service.
• Resolve issues and improve patient satisfaction through training and troubleshooting.
• Supervise Doctor Technicians on diagnostic testing, local mode, and refraction.
• Ensure training guidelines and clinical standards are executed per policy.
• Maintain accurate patient records with HIPAA confidentiality.
• Uphold brand standards and perform basic store housekeeping.
• Coach Doctor Technicians and cross-trained staff on contact lens procedures.
• Oversee inventory and protocols for patient lens orders and trials weekly.
