Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires MSW or equivalent clinical degree and licensure.
• Five years' experience with DV victims and trauma.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and report writing.
• Strong communication and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Case Managers, Housing Specialists, and other staff.
• Provide individual and group supervision to staff.
• Coordinate staff training and professional development.
• Conduct mental health assessments and functional evaluations.
• Develop, monitor, and facilitate groups for residents.
• Coordinate mental health care and referrals.
• Provide brief psychotherapy to clients and families.
• Monitor records for compliance and best practices.
• Assist with required reports and program evaluations.
• Engage in community outreach and speak at events as needed.
