Job summary

Urban Resource Institute seeks a Crime Victim Services Program Director (CVSP) to lead non-residential services from the Bronx Family Justice Center. This role administers program operations, budget oversight, and staff supervision for a multidisciplinary unit serving DV/GBV survivors.

The CVSP will guide crisis intervention, advocacy, and case management, ensuring data integrity and compliance with performance measures. A master’s degree and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field with 2–3 years of relevant experience working with DV & GBV survivors.
  • Proven supervisory and program management experience in a high-trauma setting.
  • Knowledge of Trauma-informed practice and Family Justice Centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction for learning and development across crisis intervention, advocacy, and case management services.
  • Supervise Program Manager and provide clinical triage support to the entire team for high-risk cases.
  • Oversee supervision of case managers, intensive case managers, and the economic empowerment/housing specialist.
  • Develop strong relationships with onsite partners to ensure collaboration among FJC partners with client consent.
  • Monitor budget performance and ensure compliance with city regulations and funder deliverables.
  • Oversee data collection, reporting, and documentation for program quality and outcomes.
  • Lead weekly case conferencing and manage high-risk caseloads as needed.
