Qualifications

• Strong writing and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the shelter program including intake/discharge, client services, and compliance with rules.
• Oversee billing and budgeting for the program.
• Supervise, hire, evaluate and develop staff and interns.
• Provide oversight of staff duties, including counseling and childcare, case records and statistics.
• Coordinate and supervise staff training and program development.
• Develop collaborations with community organizations and government agencies.
